You might be here because you have seen, read or heard something from me and now want to find out more. Maybe you are one of the boarding practitioners that I made draw around their hands in a personal development training at Boarding School Association conferences around the world.
Boarding schools are more than just places to work—they are communities shaped by the lived experiences of their staff. I’m a global author, trainer, coach and speaker working online, onstage and in person. I focus on the human side of boarding, ensuring that the voices, challenges, and successes of staff are recognized, valued, and used to build stronger, future-ready schools.
Specialising in EX (employee experience), I work with boarding schools to help them close the investment gap by supporting you in the moments that matter. By doing this, you can spend less time fighting fires having support from a person who has lived experience in a boarding world. With coaching excellence trained by Marshal Goldsmith and Animas, human resources qualifications and as a Mental Health First Aid trainer I meet you and your community where you are.
Originally qualified as a mathematics teacher and I use all my skills and experience to solve the following problem.
